Caribbean · 51 foot catamaran · 4–12 weeks
Join our family for a season of life at sea. Bring something you love doing, a willingness to share it, and curiosity about the everyday adventure.
A role worth leaving home for
We are the Bocas, a family of five who spend part of our lives exploring by boat. Our three kids are naturally curious, and we love learning through nature, science, good food, and everyday discoveries.
This is a home before it is a boat. We would enjoy sharing it with people who bring their own interests and a thoughtful way of pitching in.
The experience
Change your role in life for a while: follow the trade winds, make a home between islands, and see ordinary days from a different horizon.
The paid role
A boat is a shared home. Plans can change with the weather, space is limited, and everyday life includes ordinary tasks as well as exploring.
This is a paid role at $750 per week. Work expectations and employment details must be confirmed before this role is published.
Life aboard, in moments
From ordinary mornings to time in the water, this is the kind of family life we hope to share.

Past guests
Past guests have been part of the story—joining ordinary days, big crossings, and the small moments in between. We hope every visit feels thoughtful, mutual, and genuinely shared.

How it works
Questions, answered
Responsibilities must be stated plainly in every published posting. This invitation should not conceal childcare or teaching expectations.
Not necessarily. Any real requirement or available instruction belongs in the posting details.
Only actual connectivity, shared-space limits, and expected time commitments should be presented before an applicant applies.
Yes. Choose “A couple” when you begin and include both applicants’ names. We will review the application together.
The family reads applications and makes every decision. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a video conversation.
The vessel
A 51-foot catamaran is the shared setting for this chapter: part home, part passage-maker, and the place where daily life happens between islands.
